Terms and Conditions for Hair Styling and Makeup Artistry Services

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of hair styling and makeup artistry services (“Services”) by NaniKoki (“Provider”).

1.2. By booking and using our Services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Bookings

2.1. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment of a non-refundable deposit.

2.2. Any changes requested to bookings after deposit made may not be accommodated.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final balance.

3.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 business days before the event date for bridal bookings and 1 business day for private bookings.

3.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the Provider. Full name, date of booking and time with reason for cancellation must be provided.

4.2. If a Client cancels more than 30 days before the event date, a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued.

4.3. If a Client cancels within 30 days of the event date, no refund will be issued.

4.4. The Provider reserves the right to cancel Services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4.5. The Provider reserves the right to cancel Services due to false and/or inaccurate information provided for occasion booked. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5. Changes and Amendments

5.1. Any changes to the booking details must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.

5.2. The Provider will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. Clients must provide accurate information regarding their requirements and any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. Clients must not attend appointments if they have any contagious skin or hair conditions such as, but not limited to, ringworm, conjunctivitis, lice, cold sores that could spread through close contact.

6.2. Clients must provide accurate information regarding the occasion booked. No refund will be issued for false information provided should the booking be cancelled by the Client or the Provider.

6.3. Clients must ensure timely arrival for appointments. Delays may result in a reduced service time, additional fees or inability to complete the service.

6.4. The Provider is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from failure to inform of allergies or medical conditions.

7. Travel and Accommodation

7.1. Travel expenses may apply for services provided outside the Provider’s location. These will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

7.2. For events requiring overnight accommodation, Clients are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of appropriate accommodation for the Provider.

8. Liability

8.1. The Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the provision of Services.

8.2. The Provider’s total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. The Provider is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of their obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond their reasonable control.

10. Photography and Marketing

10.1. The Provider reserves the right to take photographs of their work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the Client expressly requests otherwise.

10.2. Clients consent to the use of such photographs on the Provider’s website, social media, and other marketing materials.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

11.1. Any complaints must be made in writing within 7 days of the event.

11.2. The Provider will aim to resolve any complaints promptly and amicably.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

12.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients in writing.

12.2. Continued use of the Services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By booking and using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Bridal Hair Styling and Makeup Course

1. Course Enrolment

1.1. Enrolment in the Bridal Hair Styling and Makeup Course (“Course”) is subject to availability and acceptance by the course provider (“Provider”).

1.2. Participants must complete the enrolment form and pay the required fees to secure a spot in the Course.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The total Course fee is £1950.00. A payment plan option is available.

2.2. A non-refundable deposit of £500.00 is required to secure enrolment. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 business days before the Course start date.

2.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the Provider.

3.2. If a participant cancels more than 30 days before the Course start date, a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued.

3.3. If a participant cancels within 30 days of the Course start date, no refund will be issued.

3.4. The Provider reserves the right to cancel the Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another Course date.

4. Course Attendance and Participation

4.1. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Failure to attend may result in not receiving the course certification.

4.2. Participants must bring their own model for each day of the Course. Models should arrive on time and be prepared for the duration of the session.

4.3. The Provider will supply necessary materials and equipment for the Course. Participants are responsible for personal items and equipment.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Participants must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Provider.

5.2. Participants must inform the Provider of any allergies, medical conditions, or other health concerns prior to the start of the Course.

6. Certification

6.1. Upon successful completion of the Course, participants will receive a nationally and internationally recognised certification.

6.2. Certification is contingent upon full attendance and satisfactory completion of all practical and theoretical components of the Course.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All Course materials, including but not limited to manuals, videos, and photographs, are the intellectual property of the Provider.

7.2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any Course materials without prior written consent from the Provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Provider is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the Course.

8.2. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage for personal property and health.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.

9.2. The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant from the Course for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Amendments

11.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in writing.
